What time does the box office open?
Do you have reserved seating?
No, our theatre is general admission, with the exception of Season Ticket Holders who may choose their seats for the season and anyone with accessibility issues. You can see the seating chart at the bottom of this page.
What's your policy for bad weather?
In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be administered only if a show is cancelled. Every effort will be made to contact the original ticket buyers if a show is cancelled. If tickets are available for a later performance date, we can exchange them.
What is your refund policy?
We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets after a performance has occured; however, if you know you cannot use your tickets, pending availability, you may ask to exchange them.
Unused tickets turned into the Box Office may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Is there parking?
Several parking options are available in the area, including the parking lot next to the building and on-street parking across from the theatre. Accessible parking is available.
Do you have accessible parking and seating?
Accessible parking is available and the theater is equipped with one wheelchair accessible restroom in the main lobby. Wheelchair accessible seating is available. CDC Theatre is committed to making its facilities accessible to all our patrons. Do you seat late arrivals?
Yes, you will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.
Do you have group rates?
If you have a group of 20 or more we can give your group a discount. Email info@cdctheatre.com and we’ll start a conversation to talk about your group’s needs and what options we have.
Are you available for rentals?
At this time, we do not rent the facility due to scheduling demands for our Main Stage shows, Young Artist programs and special member events.

- Box office and lobby open approximately 45 minutes before show time, but you can always purchase tickets online up to one hour before curtain, subject to availability.
- 45 min. before show time, all remaining tickets are first come, first served at the door.
- The doors to the theatre auditorium open, and seating begins approximately 30 minutes before curtain.
